• No refunds will be issued after 24 hours from the time of purchase
• Refunds are not available for partial months of service

Non-Refundable Items

• Any usage of premium features beyond 5 minutes
• Purchases made during promotional periods, unless otherwise stated
• Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service
